Borganizm EP – Review by Nexus 6

December 8, 2014/By bass junkie/In Cybernet Systems/ 0 Comment

R-173045-1198357927Hard to equal quality of Battle Trax 03 produced by Industrial Bass Machine (aka Bass Junkie and Scott Weiser from Jackal and Hyde) in 1997. Yet, this new release from Cybernet Systems manages to do it easily. On info side, Dexorcist opens fire with its “Armageddon Bass Mix” version of Robot Movement. Evil drums and apocalyptic strings, no need to say this furious track will show you doors of Hell! Bass Junkie keeps on the pressure with “Planet Electro”, a mega floor burner made of deadly bass line and funky elements. On logo side, DMX Krew comes on point with an impressive adaptation of classic 1995 “We Are Borg” tune (Scott Weiser & Bass Junkie again on legendary Panic Trax label) in a raw and overstatement cuts edit. Hunters of rare and deleted releases will enjoy. At last, to punctuate this awesome slab with skill, M(aste)r Klein delivers perfect “Circuitry” cut. Harmonious melody, dark synthesizers, executed with spirit lyrics and a unique way to use 808, no doubt this is the best and most beautiful tune Battle Trax owner has never done in his long and brilliant career. VITAL!
